Spirit Being, Human Living

I started this podcast because, well, Spirit directed me to...lol What I thought it would be and what is, are definitely two different things. Nonetheless, here I am. Healer's Therapist is a moniker given to me years ago as I became more aware of how spirituality impacts our mental health. Living a little and learning a lot, I've come to understand that it is not just how it impacts our mental health, but our entire life's journey that is really the core of healing. Doing this work and operating in my own spiritual calling, I have found that while I wear many hats (and names), this work in all spaces is about the same thing... being love, teaching love, sharing love... so we all may grow, evolve and transform.

So here are a few things to know as you spend time here:

1. Energy is fluid. It is also extremely powerful and creates the environment we must navigate. This podcast is designed to help you utilize energy to design the life you desire.

2. As with everything...eat the chicken, throw out the bones. If it doesn't resonate...it may not be meant for you.

3. Time is typically nebulous... however I find when they come in energy updates as dates, they are pretty accurate, so move accordingly.

4. Lastly, please know while there are principles to this and concepts tend to have defined meanings, the application is very personal. This means YOU must do the work of understanding how all of it fits in your life. This is how you actually LIVE instead of simply existing.
